Positive Electrodes(Cathode):
Typically Made of
Lithium Cobalt Oxide(LiCoO2), Lithium Manganese
Oxide(LiMn2O4) or Lithium Iron Phosphate(LiFePO4).
Negative Electrodes(Anode):
Composed of
graphite or other Carbon - Based Materials.
Electrolyte Lithium Salts Dissolved in a Solvent Commonly a Mixture of Ethylene Carbonate and DiMethyl Carbonate.
